أنا عايزة أشكرك من قلبي يا لبنى على الـ makeover اللي عملتيه في البيت. النتيجة فرحتني جدًا وعجبت كل اللي شافوها. من أول تعامل بينا كان واضح قدّيش إنتِ شخص بيشتغل بحب وشغف، وده بان بطريقة تعاملك معي. هدفك ما كان أبداً مادي، قد ما كان يهمك راحة العميل ورضاه. من أول جلسة كنتِ مركّزة تفهميني أكتر: شو بحب، شو ستايلي، وشو بفضّل بالديكور. تعاملِك كان سلس وصبور، حتى لما كنت أحتاج وقت لرتّب أفكاري 😄 كنتِ تسأليني عن كل تفصيلة وأي تعديل إذا مريحني أو لا، واهتمامك بالتفاصيل كان واضح جدًا. الأهم إنك التزمتي بالـ budget من أول يوم، وتعبتي كتير لتختاري الأشياء المناسبة والحلوة بنفس الوقت. عندك خبرة كبيرة بالأماكن والأسعار، ووفرتِ عليّ وقت ومجهود كبير بالشراء واللف. ضميرك بشغلك والتزامك بالوقت شي نادر، وخلصتي كل الشغل قبل الكريسماس مثل ما وعدتِ. بجد تجربة مريحة وناجحة، وبنصح فيك من قلبي 🤍
